Militia- Get a glimpse of the farmers that helped defeat the British empire!

Mini-Militia- This is an opportunity for our little ones to take part in the march down to the lake.  Toy muskets are provided.

Getting Dressed in the 18th Century- Learn what all goes into getting ready for a day of work in the backwoods of 1790s Georgia.

Hairstyling in the 18th Century- Discover the truth behind the myths about hairstyles and hygiene in the 18th century.

Ballroom Dancing- Atlanta Historic Dance visits Fort Yargo once again to teach us the ways of the dance! This year we'll also be joined by the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society to learn how the Scots liked to dance.

Lacemaking- Watch as skilled lace makers demonstrate how the lace embellishments of the 18th century would have been made by hand!

Mattress Stuffing- How did people sleep in the 18th century without a proper mattress?  They made them!  Come join us in our crowd favorite Mattress-stuffing event!
